Lawn maintenance starts at $45 per cut with a monthly contract, one time cut services start at $65 and go up depending on lawn conditions and grass heights.

The average front lawn Saint Augustine install is around 2,500 square feet, costing an average of $3,000 plus dump fees and other additional or optional services like adjusting irrigation for proper coverage or bringing in top soil for a better grade.

Landscape plant installs, rocks, and mulch range from $1,200 to $20,000, depending on materials, plants, trees, and the size of the lawn. Landscape lighting starts around $2,000 for a simple 10-light ambiance set up and goes up depending on the areas, plants, and trees being featured.

This plan is designed to ensure that we can dedicate the appropriate resources and attention to your outdoor space, whether you're looking for a garden makeover or complete landscape transformation in St. Petersburg or elsewhere.


Payment Plan Overview:
* 30% Initial Deposit:
Upon agreeing to work with us, a 30% non-refundable deposit is collected to officially get your project on our calendar. This deposit is crucial for us to start the preliminary work on your property’s landscape design, uniquely tailored to the Florida climate and aesthetics.
* 30% Commencement Deposit:
Once our St. Petersburg landscape teams begin the physical work on your site, we require an additional 30% deposit. This phase marks the start of the transformation of your outdoor space.
* 30% Progress Deposit:
As we near completion, with all work on-site finalized by our crew or upon delivery of all materials, a further 30% is due. This installment reflects the progress and the materialization of your vision.
* 10% Completion Payment:
The final 10% is payable upon your complete satisfaction with the project or within 48 hours after you’ve given your approval. This ensures every detail meets your expectations for your Florida home's landscape.


Deposits and Adjustments:
The initial deposit solidifies your engagement with EDA Lawn Services, enabling us to allocate the needed resources and preparations for your landscaping project. We're flexible with minor adjustments post-completion, requested within 48 hours. Major changes or revisions after the work is done may incur additional fees. After 72 hours without feedback, we’ll proceed with the final billing, assuming satisfaction.
 This method of payment breakdown is part of our commitment to transparency and client satisfaction, ensuring that we’re not just another Florida designer but a partner in enhancing the beauty and value of your home.

Payment Policy:
A card on file is required for all projects, even if alternative payment methods are preferred. This ensures seamless transactions and project continuity. Unless an alternate payment method is arranged, the card on file will be charged according to the payment schedule above. This policy allows us to maintain a focus on delivering top-tier landscape and design services in Florida, ensuring your outdoor space transforms exactly as envisioned.

All plants installed by EDA have a 3-month warranty with a proper watering schedule set up by EDA.

Sod has a 30-day warranty so long as a professional spraying company is hired to spray for proper nutrients, pesticides, and fungicides, and irrigation has been adjusted for proper coverage and a watering schedule by EDA. 

There is no warranty on sod or plants installed in shade.

Landscape lighting carries a 1-year labor warranty as well as a 20-year warranty on fixtures installed by EDA. Accidental or negligent damages are not covered, and a service fee will be required for our technicians. 

An extended warranty is available when our company is hired to do the maintenance on your home. Inquire about this warranty with our specialists.

We carry all local licenses required to conduct business in Pinellas County. We also carry General Liability and Workers Comp insurance.
